Intake Day Instructions

• Who: All Artist level members and above.
• When: 9/28/2026, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• What to bring: One artwork that matches the Shadow & Light theme.
• Where: The Desert Art Center. Terry Masters Gallery.

When you arrive, look for the clearly marked intake table with a volunteer. There will be clipboards for you to sign your work in.

Please sign in your artwork with:

• Artist Name
• Title of Work
• Medium
• Price (or “NFS” if not for sale)
• Phone Number (So we can contact you if your piece sells & remind you of pickup if necessary)

You’ll also complete and attach a flag label with the same details, placed on the bottom right corner of your work. (A sample is attached. Labels are available at intake, though you may bring yours pre-attached.)

3D artists will receive paper tags to attach to their work.

• Artist Level members participating in Themed Shows are asked to sign up for 1, three hour volunteer shift to sit in the Terry Masters Gallery to welcome customers to DAC. The sign up sheet is available when you drop off your themed art on intake day. Warren is your contact:
