HWY 62 Open Studio Art Tours is an art event in the high desert not far from Palm Springs. Spanning the towns from Morongo Valley to Wonder Valley, and including Pioneertown and Landers, local artists open their studios to the public for two weekends in October: Oct. 13-14 and Oct. 20-21.

The Desert Art Center will feature six of these artists at the opening on Friday, October 5.
