Annual Spring Meeting

It is time for our Annual Spring Meeting!

Please join us on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

We will meet in the DAC auditorium located at:
550 N. Palm Canyon Dr.
Palm Springs, CA

Due to our recently adopted Bylaws, there is no need for an election this year. However, the Officers and Board of Directors would like to share what we’ve been working on, as well as our plans for the coming year.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your fellow DAC members, learn more about our programs, discover ways to get involved, and share your thoughts on the direction of the Desert Art Center.

Bonus: Bruce has promised to bring his famous strawberry shortcake!

Your instructor is an abstract painter with over 30 years of experience, holding an MFA in Arts and Consciousness, as well as a gallery owner and mentor for serious painters.

Celebrate the High School Art Show (05/15/2026)

JOIN US as we celebrate Palm Springs Unified School District's high school artists, their teachers, and their accomplishments! The show runs through the weekend, Friday to Saturday, 10AM - 4PM and Sunday, 10AM - 2PM in the Terry Masters Gallery.

$10,000 in Terry Masters Grant Awards will be given out to high school art departments to help fund necessary materials to enrich art education for their students. In addition, there is a $250 President's Award to a graduating high school senior with an outstanding portfolio continuing with their arts education.

The main gallery will also be open with the largest selection of fine art in Palm Springs.
